In April 2021, several public schools were downsizing or closing their libraries We saved the discarded books and shelves from being thrown into the landfill. Once the books were boxed, the question of what to do with them arose. 

 
 

The idea for myLibrary bookmobile emerged. .

Over 8000 donated books are housed in the myLibrary warehouse. The warehouse is an out building on our ranch in southern Colorado. It is the staging area for books that are put onto the bookmobile.

Recently, myLibrary delivered over 100 free books for Christmas presents to Kim and Branson school students.  Joanna Hodges, volunteer extraordinaire, made personalized bookmarks for each student.
